There are no limit of weight for an Epack shipment the only one limit is that only one parcel can be sent foran order.
This normally does not represent a problem for us but if a great volume or weight order is received we shall contact to the customer and will inform if the shipping can be done in this way or not.

After any UPS shipping is done an email is automatically sent to the customer with the tracking number .

AIR MAIL SHIPPING : It is understood that when a parcel leaves the Spanish territory no online tracking can be shown in the Spanish Royal Mail website www.correos.es . Reason ? : because this company finish its services at this point.
The rest of the travel , the order is under the responsability of different Airline companies.

At the arrival to the country of destination the responsability of final delivery to the customer is of the National Postal Service or whatever other subcontracted company.
If the delivery service at the country of destination has website service for tracking purposes, maybe you will do use this feature.

RETURN TO SENDER POLICY :

AIR MAIL SHIPPING .- If an Air Mail shipping after being sent and having left the Spanish territory is finally not delivered to the customer and the adress was correctly stamped , the fault shall be considered of the Postal services of the country of destination.

If this trouble occurs for a proved wrong , poor or incorrect adress given by the customer, the fault shall be considered of him.

The shipping costs for the return to Spain and/or the re- sending costs of the parcel shall be required to the customer in any both cases.

If the trouble occurs for any other proved circumstance responsible of Hobbies Guinea and/or the Spanish Royal Mail services, the re-sending of the parcel shall be done free of charge.

UPS - Epack - If a shipping after being sent is finally not delivered to the customer and the adress wass correctly stamped , the fault shall be considered of the transport companies.

The shipping costs for the return to Spain and/or the re- sending costs of the parcel shall be required to the customer.

Hobbies Guinea will only cover free re-sending of a returned shipping if the fault was commited by us.

The customer is obliged to attend and to receive the parcel(s) at the delivery and to pay the required Custom Taxes in the destinations out of the UE limits , if required.

Hobbies Guinea will provide all the neccessary documents to prove the responsability of third parts whenever neccessary.
